New Iron is seeking a Product Manager to optimize pharmacy operations and back-end systems, driving scalability and efficiency for our client in the healthcare technology space.
Responsibilities:
Manage the product roadmap for back-end systems while aligned with business strategy
Oversee initiatives to optimize pharmacy and operational solutions
Analyze processes to identify roadblocks and implement improvements
Work with designers and engineers to develop and test software solutions
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress and insights
Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience (healthcare or pharmacy operations experience a plus!)
Proven ability to manage products through the full lifecycle, ideally in a startup environment
Expertise in process development, standardization, and optimization
Familiarity with agile development, data analytics, and healthcare compliance
Proficiency in tools like Figma
