Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work closely with healthcare clients to ensure they achieve their goals while maximizing the value of innovative healthcare technology. You'll serve as a trusted partner to clients, delivering insights, solving challenges, and driving adoption. What You'll Do:
