Summary
Broaddus Construction is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Central Texas (Austin) team to work on upcoming commercial or multifamily projects. For those non-local, this is an excellent opportunity to receive relocation assistance from the company and stay in the Austin area.
The Project Manager is the on-site company representative responsible for managing all administrative and technical requirements. The Project Manager will handle all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financials set-up/updates, schedule to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, safe, and timely manner. In addition, this role will maintain a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
Qualifications
5 years or more of experience required working on Commercial or Multifamily projects in a Project Manager or similar role, required.
Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, helpful.
Three years or more of direct supervisory experience.
Experience with cost projection, project management scheduling software, financial analysis, budget reviews, and labor reports.
Procore software experience helpful but not required.
Must have excellent communication skills to deal with owners and subcontractors.
