YOU: The Event Producer will be responsible for producing extraordinary events while supporting both internal and client-facing projects. This role demands excellence in logistics, client relationships, and innovative problem-solving. SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Event and Project Management: Ability to plan organize and execute events and experiences from start to finish. Manage tight schedules, coordinating multiple vendors, and handle last minute changes with ease. Identifying and addressing potential issues before they become a risk to the event, client or company.
Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and open lines of communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Translating client visions into real-world experiences by understanding their expectations, preferences, and goals.
Sales and Marketing: Ability to understand the client's needs, offering personalized solutions and maintaining long term relationships. Understanding how to market the destination and our services to attract clients. Utilize creativity to capture impactful moments to elevate social media presence of the company and the client.
Financial Management: Managing budgets effectively and providing value to the client while ensuring quality service. Maximizing profitability through pricing strategies, scope development, and upselling opportunities.
Vendor and Partner Relations: Build relationships with local vendors, hotels, venues and service providers to secure favorable rates and terms. Understand contracts and ensure compliance to protect both the client and the company.
Destination Expertise: Deep understanding of the destination including geography, attractions, transportation, legal requirements, and suppliers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with local vendors, hotels, venues and service providers to deliver unique experiences. Commitment to community engagement ensuring our work benefits the local community and local partners.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Proven ability to communicate with high-level clients (CEOs, CMOs) with confidence and professionalism.
Strong experience in managing all aspects of event production, from planning and budgeting to onsite management and post-event follow-up.
Expertise in social media and event-related content creation to promote the brand through engaging and creative storytelling.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring others, with a strong focus on delegation and collaboration.
Natural mentor and team resource, and accountability holder
Proactively address challenges by finding creative and effective solutions
Demonstrated working knowledge of Canva and Office Suite Programs: Asana and CRM, knowledge a plus
