Retain and grow key accounts through strategic partnership and value-adding strategy building
Evaluate, manage and deliver successful results on client and company projects
Set and complete quarter company goals
Own a key STC Safety process and champion your ideas
Qualifications
3-5 years experience in Safety or related industry
Previous account management and consulting experience
Impact Player mentality
Growth minded, accountable, communicative, organized, proactive and flexible
Ability to travel and work remotely up to 50% of the time
Technologically savvy (MS Suite, CRM usage and other software systems)
Safety Certifications a plus (CHST, ASP/CSP/GSP)
Insurance and loss control experience a plus
