We are offering a starting hourly salary of $15 per hour with the opportunity to make up to $16 per hour after one year based on performance.

The Pre-Press Technician I is responsible for tasks that include:
Setting up production runs
Updating job orders and releasing to other departments
Operating and maintaining plate-making and bending equipment
Performing quality checks of finished plates
Organizing and releasing plates to Press Department to keep production on schedule
Working directly with customers and production personnel as necessary to work out any problems with a job
Maintaining a clean working environment
Other duties as assigned
This on-site position is full-time shift work, which may include scheduled nights, weekends, and holidays.Must be reliable and able to report to scheduled shifts on-time and ready to begin work. Candidates should have the ability to adapt to change, prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, remain flexible, and interact with people while demonstrating patience.
Requirements:
A high school education or equivalent
Good computer skills and the ability to learn specialized software; experience with Microsoft 365 preferred
The ability to use small hand tools to make minor adjustments and perform maintenance on processing equipment
