What You'll Do
Monitor warranty claims submission, acceptance rate and resubmission
Know and understand all the manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures
Enter warranty claims into the DCS system promptly and properly
Assist service advisors in scheduling service appointments
File service department repair orders
Send in extended warranty claims to the proper warranty company. Monitor schedule and follow up on any aged items
