Assistant Shop Mechanic at The Maintenance Group in KAILUA KONA, Hawaii

Job Description:

The Maintenance Group, LLC is searching for individuals that want to perform Mechanical repair and maintenance on TMG landscape equipment and automobiles. We expect interested parties to obtain additional training and skills & take pride in servicing our Auto and Equipment needs to keep our ohana at work safe! This position requires a satisfactory completion of a DMV Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.

Job Duties
Daily Safety/Gate check with any team members to ensure all team members have safe and operating tools and equipment.Visually Inspect Daily and communicate with team members to ensure all tools and supplies are in a safe working order.Perform tasks with minimal supervision and communicate any safety concerns as they arise.Perform general routine maintenance duties such as degreasing, troubleshooting, lubricating, sharpening, filter changes, hydraulic and engine oil levels, signal operations utilizing trained company techniques.Daily cleaning and maintenance procedures on utility carts, tools, vehicles, and equipment and shop at the close of the day.Assist Account Manager with communication efforts between crew and Manager.Be willing to train and enhance knowledge in assigned duties.
