Job Title: Human Resources Administrative Assistant (aka HR Admin. Asst.)
Reports To: Human Resources Manager
Location: Northwest and North-Central Arkansas Depending on the position, employees may be asked to move locations from time to time based on clinic and patient needs.
FLSA: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Job Summary: The Human Resources Admin. Assistant aids and facilitates all processes in the Human Resources Department at all locations under supervision of the Human Resources Manager. The HR Admin. Assistant will perform all human resources related duties at a professional level and assist the HR Manager in areas of policies & procedures, employee relations, training, orientation, compliance, regulations, pre-employment processes, termination processes, and other related HR functions as needed on a clerical/support level.
