8-10 years of experience in business consulting and implementation, with expertise in Anaplan Architecture/Model Building for designing and optimizing Anaplan models.
Extensive experience in allocations and statistical forecasting, including operational dashboards, workforce planning, and operational expenses. Experience with Cost to Acquire is a plus.
Proven ability to develop and optimize Anaplan models for business planning and operations.
Strong skills in transitioning model-building from Excel to multi-dimensional technologies.
Preferred:
Experience in HR, payroll, and financial planning use cases within Anaplan.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create effective solutions.
Deep understanding of data integration (both inbound and outbound).
Full-cycle experience in Planning implementation, including scoping, requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and training.
