Our client is a progressive technology company located in the vibrant Silicon Beach. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of a MAC End User Support Specialist.
As part of our close-knit team, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support to our staff and contractors, ensuring smooth operations and excellent user experience.
As a MAC End User Support Specialist , your responsibilities will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, conducting training sessions, and offering general support to our end users. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, and access management of our human resources, as well as manage IT hardware, software, licenses, and inventory.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing the technical aspects of both physical and remote meetings, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, phones, printers, and AV systems for our local and remote end users. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing technology migrations and training staff on existing systems and troubleshooting procedures.
To succeed in this role, you should have proficiency in desktop and server operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS, along with application support experience in Outlook and the MS Office Suite. A strong working knowledge of computer networking and excellent written communication skills are essential. While an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, we value equivalent experience and expertise.
