Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled?SAP Lead Analyst?with techno-functional expertise in SAP ECC6 and a strong background in data migration & integration. The ideal candidate will have experience across various SAP modules, including?MM, FI, and SD, as well as proficiency in SAP tools and technologies like?EDI/IDOC, Webservices, LSMW, eCATT scripts, Workflow, SAP Query, and LIS.
As an SAP Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end data migration & integration projects, managing system configuration, and driving the techno-functional aspects of SAP implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure successful migration and optimization of SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage SAP data migration & integration activities across MM, FI, and SD applications. • Analyze and configure SAP business processes in line with best practices in the areas of MM, FI, and SD • Implement?& support solutions based on technologies/frameworks such as EDI/ALE/IDOC,?Webservices, BAPI, LSMW, eCATT?scripting for testing automation, and?SAP Workflow?for process automation. • Develop custom reports, queries, and analytics using?SAP Query?and?LIS/SIS. • Support the integration of SAP modules and ensure smooth data flow across systems. • Collaborate with business users and other SAP analysts to ensure requirements are clearly defined and implemented. • Troubleshoot issues related to data migration/integration, system configuration, and performance. • Ensure the overall quality and integrity of migrated/integrated data. • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing enhancements as needed. • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on SAP best practices.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • ?7+ years of experience?as an SAP Lead Analyst or similar role, with a focus on SAP ECC6. • Proven experience in?data migration & integration?to SAP ECC, especially with MM, FI, and SD applications. • Excellent understanding of SAP business processes and integration points between modules. • Familiarity with EDI/ALE/IDOC,?Web services,?BAPI, LSMW, eCATT scripts,?SAP Workflow,?SAP Query and LIS/SIS • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and lead technical teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications: • SAP/Industry certification in relevant modules. • Exposure to ECC6 to S/4HANA transition planning • Exposure to ecommerce/retail business
