Bachelor's degree or postgraduate education (MS or PhD) in an applied quantitative field or equivalent experience at a cutting-edge company
5+years of experience building/managing data science products powered by artificial intelligence in a large organization
Demonstrated experience collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and designers solving user problems with a tool/platform that're powered by AI/ ML
Relevant experience in the Retail industry, including: Planning, Supply Chain processes , Product Creation & Merchandising, Commerce Experiences, Marketing, or Membership
Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, enabling success by removing obstacles and developing strategic relationships throughout the business
Proven ability to be a Product advocate; can describe the Product, its value, how it works, how it is adopted, speak to upcoming changes and tailor the information to the audience
Ability to prioritize competing needs and make decisions in ambiguous situations, leveraging domain and industry knowledge to influence in decisions
Experience utilizing both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis techniques to prove business value
In-depth understanding of technology systems and the ecosystem the team works in to help team in overcoming roadblocks
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban
Good with PowerPoint and keynote
