Must Haves:
10+ years of Network/Voice Engineering experience (little flex here)
Expertise with Cisco platforms (Call Manager, Unity, Contact Center Express, CUBE, Emergency Responder)
LAN/WAN, Routing/Switching
Strong network troubleshooting skills
Ability to support physical/virtual voice infrastructure (VMWare, Linux, Windows Server, physical Servers)
Experience with VOIP, Mobility, Wireless, Call Accounting systems, Voice recording systems, Wallboard systems
Project management experience
BA or BS in related field
Willing to learn mentality

A Healthcare client in Florida is seeking a Sr. Voice Network Engineer to join their team. The Enterprise Cisco Voice Engineer (Senior) will be responsible for deploying and supporting mission-critical voice infrastructure systems, including Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco Contact Center Express, Cisco CUBE, and Cisco Emergency Responder. The role involves working with VOIP, Mobility, Wireless, LAN/WAN technologies, Route/Switch technologies, network troubleshooting tools, and Active Directory.
