Our client is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Partner to join their highly regarded bankruptcy practice in Miami. The practice provides pragmatic, business-oriented solutions to complex financial challenges. Their nationally ranked Insolvency team delivers results-driven representation to clients across industries, combining deep legal expertise with a commitment to understanding their clients' goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors' rights matters for clients across a wide range of industries.
Represent debtors, creditors, stakeholders, and litigation targets in negotiation, mediation, and litigation proceedings.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients in cases of financial distress or insolvency.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of attorneys and professionals across the firm to address complex legal and business challenges.
Provide guidance to junior attorneys and contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.
Qualifications:
Substantial experience in bankruptcy, financial restructuring, and creditors' rights matters, including court representation.
A proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in complex negotiations and litigation.
Strong business acumen and a client-centric approach to solving financial disputes.
An established portable book of business and a demonstrated ability to develop new client relationships.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility for admission).
