Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This role is within a customer experience team that is working to design solutions to directly solve customer service issues and positively impact the customer experience through data driven decisions. The team is currently working with a decision engine to recommend products to solve customer issues in real time. The role will be 50% data analysis, 30% requirements elicitation and documentation and 20% work in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of data analysis experience.
