About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Creative Producer to join our growing in-house creative team-made up of hardworking, innovative professionals with experience at top award-winning agencies across the country.
As the key link between the Creative team and business stakeholders, you'll guide the creative process for digital campaigns and social platforms from briefing to delivery. You'll ensure alignment across all parties, keep projects on time and on budget, and maintain brand standards and quality expectations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, leadership-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the bridge between business goals and creative execution, translating strategies into clear, actionable creative briefs.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and approval processes.
Partner closely with business stakeholders and creative leads to align on objectives and resolve any conflicts productively.
Deliver high-quality creative work that meets strategic goals while adhering to brand guidelines.
Design and implement workflows to optimize processes and project delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams through complex creative projects across social, brand work, digital, and paid media campaigns.
Facilitate conversations with C-level and VP-level stakeholders, maintaining confidence and clarity in leadership-facing settings.
What You'll Bring
5-10 years of experience as a Creative Producer or Creative Project Manager within an in-house creative team or agency environment.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize, track progress, and manage risks.
Experience dissecting business partner input and effectively translating it into creative direction.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for resolving challenges and keeping projects on track.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering creative that drives results.
Experience developing design guidelines, toolkits, and partnership-driven creative work (e.g., sports partnerships, brand collaborations) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
