Position Overview:-
The Call Center Banker (Bilingual - Spanish) is responsible for engaging with clients to understand their unique financial needs and connecting them with the appropriate solutions the bank offers. You will handle service requests, recommend products, and build lasting client relationships, all while providing an exceptional customer experience in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Build and deepen relationships by identifying client financial needs and recommending suitable products, services, and solutions.
Handle client inquiries and concerns with customized solutions.
Sell and fulfill banking products, including checking/savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), IRAs, and loans.
Identify opportunities for licensed financial services and refer clients to appropriate partners.
Provide accurate quotes for rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
Ensure compliance with risk management standards during every transaction.
Required Qualifications:-
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and improving financial lives.
Commitment to teamwork and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Strong communication skills to engage clients, build rapport, and handle objections.
Ability to receive feedback and adapt to new technology and processes.
Intermediate-level computer proficiency.

Experience in the banking or financial industry.
Previous experience in a call center environment.
Background in telephone sales or customer service.
