This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier candidates for leadership, speciality, and niche roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic workforce needs. The Senior TA Partner develops advanced recruitment strategies, builds strong partnerships with hiring managers, and ensures an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Strategic Recruitment and Candidate Sourcing - 65%
Partners with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand organizational goals, workforce planning, and hiring needs for highly specialized and leadership roles.
Develops and implements sophisticated sourcing strategies tailored to unique and high-impact roles, leveraging tools such as Boolean searches, networking, market intelligence, and executive search techniques.
Conducts proactive outreach and builds pipelines of high-caliber candidates for critical positions across multiple child companies.
Screens candidates to ensure alignment with technical and organizational fit.
Conducts comprehensive interviews to assess qualifications and suitability for complex and strategic roles.
Candidate Experience and Stakeholder Collaboration - 20%
Serves as a thought leader on talent strategy, influencing cross-functional teams, including HR leadership, business units, and executive stakeholders.
Delivers a best-in-class candidate experience by providing clear, timely communication and feedback.
Advises hiring managers on market trends, role complexities, and competitive talent acquisition strategies.
Facilitates interviews and selection processes for leadership and critical roles, ensuring equitable and unbiased decision-making.
