Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the successful execution of pressure vessel fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will manage customer communication, purchasing, scheduling, and project progress to ensure timely and efficient completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring project specifications are met.
  • Purchasing Materials: Source and order required materials, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Scheduling: Draft, update, and maintain project schedules, coordinating all phases from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Track progress on fabrication and ensure milestones are met while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate Teams: Work closely with shop personnel, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify potential project delays or issues and proactively work on solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and ensure all documentation complies with ASME code requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, preferably in pressure vessel fabrication or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the ASME code is required.
  • Previous experience with welding or machining is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
