Oversee staff managing medical records and referrals, ensuring accurate processing and proper workflow distribution.
Maintain HIPAA compliance by reviewing, updating, and implementing policies to ensure clinic-wide adherence and timely response to court-appointed requirements.
Streamline department operations by optimizing referral workflows, improving efficiency, and ensuring referrals are routed to the appropriate areas.
Provide visionary leadership to build and enhance departmental processes, focusing on big-picture strategies to improve team performance and workflow management.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish required
Experience in a supervisory role in Med Records/Referrals
Understands workflows, big picture items needed in Med Records/Referrals
Experience using EMR systems
Schedule: Full time onsite Monday-Friday 8-5pm, healthcare meetings in DTLA as needed
