Salary: 80-85k (DOE)
1. General Description of Tasks
The Information Technology Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage information technology (IT) projects and act as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.
2. Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
Develop, maintain, and revise project proposals, including objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
Set and track project milestones, manage unforeseen delays, and realign schedules and expectations as needed.
Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to staff and stakeholders.
3. Other Responsibilities and Duties
Communicate daily with co-workers regarding status updates in areas of expertise.
Act as a backup for co-workers in their absence.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Adhere to the job's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and relevant company policies.
Knowledge and Skills
Years of Experience in Field/Career:
Typically 5 years or more; minimum 3 years required.
Degree:
Bachelor's degree required.
Japanese Language:
Professional working proficiency.
Skills/Specialties:
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or relevant role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
In-depth understanding of IT procedures and practices.
Proficiency with general and specialized software, hardware, and applications used in the industry.
Ability to motivate groups to meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
