YOUR IMPACT
As the Director, Program Operations & Analytics at BBB National Programs, you will support the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer, working to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and provide critical analytical support. You will plan and execute day-to-day operational capabilities, and partner with leaders on the delivery of operational and business objectives and key initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with CFO and COO to implement strategic initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives
Act as a liaison between executive leadership and other areas of the organization, ensuring alignment of goals and priorities
Plan and execute special projects and initiatives, including for the CEO, with skillful oversight and support, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for decision-making
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor the success of operational strategies, disseminating dashboards, reports, and updates to key stakeholders to ensure key performance indicators are discussed, communicated and foster data-driven decisions.
Identify opportunities for AI and process integration to enhance efficiency and support organizational strategic imperatives.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive review, summarizing keys findings and recommending data driven decisions and actions
Conduct research and analyze data to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks to support strategic decision-making, enhance efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Must have:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management or a related field
7+ years' related experience in business/corporate or Big 4 accounting/advisory/consulting environment. Strong business and financial acumen with experience in financial analysis and KPI development
Proven experience in business and data analysis, with the ability to analyze complex data sets at a high level
Proven track record of identifying operational improvements and delivering successful outcomes
Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive strategic initiatives forward
Willingness to explore new technology, including AI
Strong communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with a wide variety of audiences
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, identify and resolve obstacles early, keeping projects on track
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Growth mindset and adaptive to learn from experiences and adjust approach
Strong Office 365 and other similar skills, including high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
