Lincoln Tech is looking for a Lead Electrical Instructor to provide leadership to those working within the area of instruction. You would ensure quality delivery of assigned courses using the appropriate methods, including teaching, tutoring, and lecturing. You would also be expected to maintain a high student retention rate based on Company, regulatory, and accreditation guidelines.
Responsibilities of a Lead Electrical Instructor:
Conducts classroom observations and surveys. Reviews the results with faculty, students, the Director of Education, and staff as appropriate.
Maintains an inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the respective program.
Assists with scheduling instructors to assigned classes and that adequate provisions are made for classes affected by faculty absences.
Prepares and organizes the lesson materials, equipment, and training areas.
Enforces and supports school policies and procedures; advises instructors as necessary.
Contributes to the curriculum review process, making suggestions and collecting information from instructors.
Requirements of a Lead Electrical Instructor:
5+ years Electrical experience
Electrical License in RI
Excellent interpersonal communication and public speaking skills
Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence
Ability to interpret key statistics related to student retention
