Compensation: up to $28/hour depending upon experience
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our client's team on a one-year contract. This role is critical to supporting data operations, analytics, and process improvement initiatives within the agricultural retail and manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong skill set in data management, analytics, and Excel, with exceptional communication abilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Management and Operations:
Work directly in SAP to process new and existing material data requests.
Collaborate with data requestors to troubleshoot and resolve concerns.
Maintain and update data request trackers, providing timely updates to management.
Project Support:
Assist leadership with mini-projects focused on data cleanup, standardization, or improvement initiatives.
Monitor and manage tasks from the ServiceNow platform and shared email inbox.
Documentation and Communication:
Develop and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.
Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on data-related tasks and projects.
Other Duties:
Perform other tasks as assigned to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Data Management and Analytics: Demonstrated experience managing, analyzing, and interpreting large or complex data sets.
Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and working with large data sets.
Effective Communication: Ability to clearly convey complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
Business Process Documentation: Experience creating and managing process documentation.
SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP for material or master data management.
ServiceNow Experience: Experience monitoring and managing tasks within ServiceNow or similar platforms.
