Position Summary:-
As a Call Center Banker, you will play a vital role in connecting clients with the financial solutions they need to achieve their goals. This position involves handling service requests, uncovering client needs, recommending tailored banking solutions, and building lasting relationships in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities:-
Engage clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products, services, and solutions.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues with customized solutions.
Sell and fulfill banking products, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), IRAs, and loans.
Refer clients to appropriate licensed sales specialists for advanced financial solutions.
Provide accurate quotes on rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
Manage risks associated with business and service transactions.
