Position Summary
We are seeking a hybrid Manager for our office in downtown Boston. This manager will report to our Founding Partner and would be expected to:
Manage and contribute to multi-stakeholder consulting projects and sustainability reports most aligned with the guidelines of CSRD, GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, CBAM, Ecovadis and similar.
Develop GHG emissions inventories aligned the guidelines of the GHG Protocol.
Supervise small teams of generalist consultants for billable projects, deliverables, and service knowledge.
Lead areas of firm technical expertise as subject matter expert in select ESG services and support consultants in best practices.
Develop and enhance new service areas, SOPs, tools, and operational systems
Manage client relationships and sales proposal development
Support marketing efforts by contributing case studies, writing blog articles, and participating in networking events and conferences.
Collaborate globally with teams in Boston, Nashville, Frankfurt, and Zurich
Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor/Master Degree in engineering, sciences, journalism/communications, business or related fields
Experience with CSRD, Scope 3 Inventory, CDP, GRI, SASB, TCFD, CBAM, LCA, Ecovadis, and similar.
Preferred 4+ years professional experience with a consulting firm or related companies
Preferred 2+ years in people management
Strong writer/editor and communicator
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Strong computer skills (Excel, Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint and Word)
