Contract: 12 months
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Pay Range: $75-79/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple interconnected projects within a program
Manage and coordinate project schedule files, supporting Senior & Field scheduling teams
Define and coordinate team schedules, tasks, and deliverables
Lead or support Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM) with internal and external stakeholders
Develop KPIs/Metrics; monitor and validate progress and health measurement
Track program progress against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Ensure timely generation and posting of reports and native P6 schedule files (.XERs)
Prepare management summary reports on project status for Field Teams & Leadership
Develop and maintain effective reports including scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts
Generate standardized reports and provide feedback to management on patterns, trends, and improvements
Serve as the main point of contact for project, program, and scheduling-related queries
Foster collaboration between different project teams, departments, and external vendors
Collaborate with partners to ensure comprehensive Project Controls information
Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and resolve conflicts
Organize, monitor, and adjust schedule reports to meet operational needs
Ensure timely generation and posting of reports and native P6 schedule files (.XERs)
Develop and maintain progress curves
Perform quality checks and inspections on Project Controls deliverables
Conduct field audits to validate accuracy of reporting and processes
Lead project Forensic Analysis, TIAs, and Design Intercept planning & review
Anticipate and solve Programmatic & Project Controls constraints/blockers
Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources efficiently
Lead initiatives in resource leveling, planning, and deployment
Define and lead new initiatives, including start-up team infrastructure and portfolio management tooling
Develop standardized inspection forms/checklists
Create and update scheduling & reporting processes, records, and SOPs
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred)
8+ years of Program Management experience
Proficiency in, Microsoft Office Applications, Smart Sheets, Primavera P6, Salesforce, Tableau & Quicksight (or ability to quickly become proficient)
Experience working with high-volume processes and geo-dispersed teams across multiple time zones
