Job Description:
A rapidly growing startup with 150 employees and plans to scale to 200+ by the end of Q2 2025 is seeking support for Sourcing and Recruiting Coordination. The position is a hybrid of Sourcing and Recruiting Coordination. 50% sourcing and 50% recruiting coordination.
The position is a hybrid of Sourcing and Recruiting Coordination. This position will be responsible for identifying and engaging top candidates through creative sourcing strategies. As well as recruiting coordination and interview scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Interview scheduling.
Greeting candidates for interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Source candidates for various roles across different departments, including [Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, etc.].
Utilize sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media, networking) to identify passive candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screen and qualify candidates to determine fit based on role requirements.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position needs and create targeted sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
