Responsibilities: • Engage, Train, and Manage supplier relationships to capture enriched content • Triage and escalate customer feedback requests via Service Now • Create, Maintain, and Retire item MDM for Features and Benefits • Manage and respond to team mailbox for inter-company and customer request
Experience and Skills: • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience • 0 - 3 years of experience in a business or data analyst role • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Beginner experience with SQL • Intermediate experience with Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization) • Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills • Ability to maintain multiple projects at the same time while making deadlines • Must be a strong team player • Able to find flaws in processes, and improve upon them
