We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and managing project timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee utility projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Monitor project performance and compliance, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
  • Generate regular reports on project health, status, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  • Support the preparation and submission of project documentation, including modifications, extensions, and renewals.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on project management processes and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the utilities or construction industry.
  • Experience managing electric utility distribution projects preferred.
  • High proficiency in project management software tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and other relevant systems.
  • Understanding of contract law and experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
