This is a full time, onsite role. Relocation assistance will not be provided, hiring preference will be given to local candidates willing to commute to Boca and be in the office M-F.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on project progress, shipments, and deliveries.
Address client questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism, clarity, and urgency to maintain client confidence.
Collaborate with the sales and project teams to resolve client issues, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
Proactively communicate any potential delays or challenges, presenting solutions to minimize disruptions.
Track and manage the flow of materials, ensuring accurate inventory levels across multiple projects.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to confirm material availability, lead times, and timely deliveries.
Implement systems to monitor inventory and proactively address shortages or delays.
Schedule and oversee shipments, ensuring materials arrive on-site as per project requirements.
Coordinate with freight companies, vendors, and project teams to resolve logistical issues promptly.
Manage shipping documents, bills of lading, and other related paperwork to maintain compliance and accuracy.
Assist project managers with operational planning and scheduling to ensure projects remain on track.
Serve as the liaison between internal teams (sales, design, installation) and external partners to streamline communication.
Monitor project milestones and flag any potential risks or delays to leadership.
Maintain organized records of materials, shipment schedules, vendor contracts, and project documentation.
Prepare regular progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
Support the procurement process, including generating purchase orders and verifying invoices.
Identify and recommend improvements to operational workflows and inventory management processes.
Implement tools and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination, preferably in the construction, design, or materials industry.
Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools, inventory tracking software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in luxury goods, construction materials, or interior design industries.
Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management software.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
