Manage shop operations, leading a team of 5-10 employees. Ordering materials, fabrication supplies, maintaining and storing materials, and equipment. Reviewing plans, managing completion timelines, maintaining strict quality assurance through routine inspections. Coordinate with project managers for timely delivery.
Requirements:
5+ years estimating experience
Understanding of construction materials, and ability to interpret prints & drawings
MS Excel and Bluebeam
Successful track record of team leadership and ability to meet deadlines
