The employee will be responsible for managing FINRA Registrations and Entitlement support, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures. The role involves processing registration requests and collaborating with the CSG entitlements team to ensure smooth onboarding for call center staff with appropriate system access.
Key Responsibilities:
Registrations:
- Manage FINRA registration requests for WM Operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.
- Support periodic reviews and updates of registration attributes (licenses, states, etc.).
- Order materials for approved candidates.
- Process vendor invoicing and track payments.
Entitlements:
- Ensure new employees are onboarded with the right system access from day one.
- Monitor and report progress on entitlement reviews for WM Operations.
- Produce and monitor Daily and Monthly CSA Admin Reporting.
