We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Irvine. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks and have strong Excel skills, offering the opportunity to assist the Workers' Compensation team on client reports and potentially grow within the insurance division.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
In-Office: 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.
Perform data entry and manage office documentation.
Utilize Excel to assist with reports and data management tasks.
Support the Workers' Compensation team with various client reports (for candidates with strong Excel skills).
Assist in coordinating schedules and handling general office tasks.
Ensure a smooth transition by training with the current admin before maternity leave.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
