Austin Concierge Company is a full-service concierge company serving multifaceted families and their businesses in Austin, Texas. We are changing the way busy families work with and integrate executive and personal assistance into their life. We work with clients on a fractional (part-time or less) basis, so the role requires someone that can switch tasks easily and juggle multiple accounts, needs and personalities all at once.
This is a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats and merge several types of roles similar to that of a travel agent, event planner, project manager, or executive assistant. We are looking for energetic, "YES!" people who are natural leaders and comfortable working closely with professionals, their families and household staff.
This is a full-time, IN-PERSON opportunity based in Austin, Texas. Please ensure you meet the following expectations of this role:

Understanding of Austin restaurants, event venues and local resources
Clean driving records, reliable car and be comfortable running client errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning drop-o/pick-up, gift shopping etc.
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years minimum of experience in a client facing industry
Prior experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
CONFIDENTIALITY IS CRUCIAL TO THIS ROLE. You will be under a Non-Disclosure Agreement and the role is not to be discussed outside of the scope of work defined by the client.
Day to day tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Arranging travel for individuals, families or businesses with detailed itineraries including flights, hotel accommodations, excursions, and chauffeur services
Managing client calendars with up to date school schedules, doctors appointments, and dinner reservations
Making philanthropic donations, insurance claims, property tax protests and more on behalf of clients
Curating gifts guides and gift shopping and gift wrap for special events and occasions
Organizing client expenses, email inboxes, address lists and personal documents
Inquiring with household, auto and boat vendors to providing best pricing and availability to our clients
Creating digital invitations and party planning ideas such as custom cakes, decor, food trucks and party favors
Errands such as groceries, dry cleaning, prescription pick up and returns
