Key Responsibilities
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members; coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare, edit, and format documents; maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Act as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring professional and timely responses.
Monitor and order office supplies; liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
