Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support.
- Work with HR team to manage day to day operations.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and documentation.
- Assist in processing receipts and other basic accounting tasks.
- Act as face of company, greeting and welcoming visitors.
- Professional, friendly demeanor for in-person and phone interactions.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Administrative role.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortable creating and maintaining basic spreadsheets.
- Notary Public certification is a plus.
