Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Work with HR team to manage day to day operations.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and documentation.
  • Assist in processing receipts and other basic accounting tasks.
  • Act as face of company, greeting and welcoming visitors.
  • Professional, friendly demeanor for in-person and phone interactions.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in Administrative role.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Comfortable creating and maintaining basic spreadsheets.
  • Notary Public certification is a plus.
