Job Description:

Job Overview: The Real Estate Help Desk providing 24/7 support for building-related environmental alarms, repairs, and maintenance requests. The specialist will monitor alarms, handle emergency calls, dispatch service orders, and ensure accurate processing of repair tickets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor critical network and environmental alarms
  • Handle emergency facility calls, coordinate with law enforcement and fire departments
  • Dispatch work orders and assign service personnel or contractors
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys for Facility Management
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry, call management, and record keeping

Skills Required:
  • Strong customer service and telephone skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with PCs, strong typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
  • Ability to work required shifts

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of related experience
