Job Overview: The Real Estate Help Desk providing 24/7 support for building-related environmental alarms, repairs, and maintenance requests. The specialist will monitor alarms, handle emergency calls, dispatch service orders, and ensure accurate processing of repair tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor critical network and environmental alarms
Handle emergency facility calls, coordinate with law enforcement and fire departments
Dispatch work orders and assign service personnel or contractors
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys for Facility Management
Perform clerical duties including data entry, call management, and record keeping
Skills Required:
Strong customer service and telephone skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
Strong decision-making and organizational skills
Proficiency with PCs, strong typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
Ability to work required shifts
Qualifications:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
2-4 years of related experience
