Our Waltham based client is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their busy office on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will need to have 1+ years of administrative experience, strong database skills, love numbers, have an outgoing personality and be able to handle the day-to-day administrative duties for the office.
Compensation: 52K-55K

Responsibilities:
Provides day to day administrative support for office
Responsible for answering phones, taking messages
Processing invoices
Runs reports and gathers research for reports
Sort and distribute mail
Maintains vendor and industry relationships
Other responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
1+ years of administrative office experience
Strong Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks Online
Ability to work effectively individually and on a team
