Administrative Assistant

Our Waltham based client is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their busy office on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will need to have 1+ years of administrative experience, strong database skills, love numbers, have an outgoing personality and be able to handle the day-to-day administrative duties for the office.

Compensation: 52K-55K

*Potential offers vary based on experience level and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides day to day administrative support for office
  • Responsible for answering phones, taking messages
  • Processing invoices
  • Runs reports and gathers research for reports
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Maintains vendor and industry relationships
  • Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of administrative office experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks Online
  • Ability to work effectively individually and on a team
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to details
