Job Summary:

Provide administrative support for a specific department, handling a variety of tasks including document preparation, scheduling, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining calendars.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other department software.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Assist with document delivery and maintain filing systems.
  • Handle mailings to large groups (1000+ recipients).

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:
