Client Liaison/Administrative Assistant / Social Media planner - Full-time - Anchorage

Well established Anchorage immigration and probate firm needs a diligent and self-motivated bi-lingual (Spanish and English) administrative assistant / client liaison. A dedicated, reliable person who feels comfortable being mostly self-guided in their work is the perfect fit. We do ask for competence and comfort with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Canva, as well as all major social media platforms. Experience with Excel and Adobe is a plus but not required. Must be bilingual. We are willing to train most other skills for the right person. Chosen applicant will manage and grow our social media presence as well as basic administrative tasks like answering telephones as needed, completion of form letters/pleadings, drafting simple correspondence, managing and monitoring client satisfaction, resolving client related issues, and completing random tasks that come up in the day to day of a bustling law office. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and a sense of pride and importance concerning your work product. You also should enjoy working in a small office where we all get to know and care for each other. Must pass background check, as honesty, responsibility, and motivation are highly valued. Must be proficient at typing and possess excellent grammar/writing skills. An eye for detail is also highly valued. QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: • Spanish and English Bi-lingual (required). • One year or more of sales training (preferred but not required) • One year (or more) of experience working in an office of any type is preferred but not required. (Preferred) • One year (or more) of experience working in a social media related position is preferred but not required. (Preferred) • One Year experience with sales or service of clients. (Preferred)
Education: • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) • Associates or higher (Preferred)
