POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform manual data entry into relational database from electronic records. • Manage centralized mail inbox and distribute communications accordingly. • Research missing data points and data quality issues in various electronic records locations to locate missing data or to correct inconsistencies.
Required Technical Skills & Experience (required on matrix) • 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative support functions. • 2 years of experience in a technical environment involving data analysis or a similar field. • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote) • 2 years of experience analyzing and documenting large volumes of technical data. • 2 years of experience storing, manipulating, and organizing large numbers of files and folders using • Microsoft Windows networks or other document management programs.
