Hours: 8am-5pm
Day to day:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate and support special projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
Must haves:
5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Concur knowledge preferred - DoD equivalent accepted
Proficient in booking travel and with the federal travel reimbursement process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience working with federal clients or in a government
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
