As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the executives in managing their day-to-day operations, handling confidential matters, and ensuring efficient communication. You will be expected to handle scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring efficient time management.
Coordinate and arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information and act with discretion at all times.
Organize and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Support project management and contribute to various initiatives as needed.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure the executives' office is organized and supply needs are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role.
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
