Ensure quality outcomes for our Clients and Customer assurance, performance, and training activities with field adjusters, clients, attorneys, and body shops.
Understand and apply general policy conditions and coverage application.
Advanced knowledge and experience in negligence investigations across multiple state venues to include securing recorded statements and applying appropriate state regulations and rules of the road.
Ability to understand and explain auto repair estimates, calculate total loss settlements, and negotiate agreed prices with body shops and vehicle owners as required.
Strong attention to detail and self-motivated.
Strong customer service skills.
Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
Must present themselves in a professional manner on a day-to-day basis for clients/ insured.
Ability to effectively document claim handling and meet strict timelines for review and upload of work product adhering to Best Claim Practices.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Maintain adjuster license (s) as required by state regulations
Experience handling exposures up to and exceeding $250,000
Resident P&C Adjuster license and other state adjuster licenses
Preferred qualifications
College Diploma or commensurate work experience
Relevant previous Material Damage Liability Claims handling with multi-state experience
