A specialty services company in Illinois is actively seeking a new Claim Specialist for a promising position with their team in the Greater Chicago area. In this role, the Claim Specialist will be responsible for managing customer queries & complaints as well as processing orders, modifications, and escalating complaints across a number of communication channels.
Responsibilities: The Claim Specialist will be responsible for:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Managing a team of Jr. Customer Service Representatives, as needed
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
Qualifications:
6+ months of Customer Service-related experience
High School Diploma / GED
Computer savvy
Solid problem solving skills
Exceptional phone etiquette
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
