Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet visitors using company protocol for Covid.
- Handle administrative requests from management
- Take detailed minutes at meetings. Book travel arrangements
- Assist with planning of company functions.
- Excellent writing skills for documents and correspondence Create and update excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain filing system for hard copy and soft copy documents.
- Ordering of office supplies, promotional items.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
