Downtown Chicago law firm seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the technology team. Prior experience supporting a technology group highly preferred.
Base $72-85k
Hybrid role - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Hours - 9-5
Responsibilities:
Support the department manager and team with calendar management, scheduling travel arrangements, expense reports, and record keeping
Prepare requisitions and process invoices
Assists with meeting preparation including agendas, logistics, compiling data etc.
Oversee conference room calendar, ensuring appropriate audio/visual equipment and any other materials if required
Coordinates office moves and facility related requests
Maintains department documents and email distribution lists
Requirements:
BA degree and/or 5+ years of experience supporting a team of executives in legal, finance, accounting or other professional services
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Self-starter who anticipates needs and has a sharp eye for detail
Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skillset
