This role involves managing a team of 10 direct reports, ensuring efficient facility operations, and delivering exceptional service for our global real estate client.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and service delivery.
Lead and manage a team of 10 staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain operational excellence.
Deliver exceptional client service by proactively addressing needs and resolving issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in facilities management, in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
Vast experience with Pharma manufacturing
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Budget management experience is preferred.
